Overview

Automatic Toluene Insoluble Matter Analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T2292-1997. The sample is mixed with sand (coal tar) or impregnated with toluene (coal tar), and then repeatedly extracted with hot toluene. After the extraction times are reached, the filter paper tube is taken out, dried and weighed, and the insoluble content is calculated.

This instrument is suitable for the determination of toluene insoluble content in coal tar, modified asphalt, coal tar road oil, coal tar, wood preservative oil and coking raw oil for carbon black.
