Overview
The fully automatic aniline point tester is designed and manufactured according to the ASTM D611 standard. It is mainly used to determine the aniline point of petroleum products and hydrocarbon solvents. In this test, equal amounts of aniline and sample are blended and heated to obtain a single liquid phase (clear solution). Then the mixture slowly cools. The temperature at which cloudiness first appears is reported as the aniline point.
Features
- 7-inch color LCD touch screen, stylish and beautiful. Human-computer dialogue interface, clear and intuitive.
- Using high accuray photoelectric sensors, the test results are accurate and the repeatability is consistent.
- With over-temperature alarm function, if the sample temperature exceeds 170℃ during the test, the buzzer will automatically alarm and stop the test.
- Simple operation, one-button start, the test process is automatically completed.
- The host is controlled by a microprocessor program, the test process automatically heats up, automatically stirs, and the aniline point is automatically identified and stored.
- Automatic printing, automatic shutdown at the end of the test.
- The test results can be download to PC by a U disk.
