Overview

The fully automatic distillation tester for petroleum products are designed and manufactured accoring to the ASTM D86 standard, it is determining the distillation characteristics of petroleum products under normal pressure. It is suitable for natural gasoline (stable light hydrocarbons), motor gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, special boiling point solvents, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, gas oil distillate fuel and similar petroleum products.

Features

• Automatically measures and controls the entire test process, 10.4-inch touch LCD display the temperature, volume data and related curves etc.
• The liquid level tracking system is composed of a high-resolution Haydon brand linear motor and Keyence photoelectric tracker.
• The compressor is Danfoss brand. The cooling water can be checked and added once every three years.
• Automatically control the distillation furnace heating.
• The temp. can be provided for the initial, the final, and each percentage of distillation point.
• Automatically detect the local atmospheric pressure and automatically correct it to the temperature under standard atmospheric pressure.
• Multiple automatic stop modes, according to the steam temperature or the recovery volume.
• This instrument can store, query and print test results
