Overview

The drilling tool for insertion flow transducers is a specialized instrument designed to create precise openings in pipes without any water cut-off when installation of ultrasonic flow meter.  The tool often comes with a drill bit tailored to the specific diameter required for the transducer.

Steps

1. Screw the drill tool’s sealing sheath and the purpose-made ball valve.
2. After screwing, open the ball valve, push the drilling rod until it touch the pipe wall.
3. Connect the electric portable drilling with drilling rod firmly.
4. Power on, and start to drill.
5. After drilling through the wall pipe, pull out the drilling rod.
6. Close the ball valve.
