Overview
The fully automatic cold filter plugging point tester is designed and manufactured according to the ASTM D6371 standard. It is mainly used to measure the cold filter plugging point of distillate fuels (such as diesel, kerosene, etc.), to help evaluate the performance of these fuels in cold environments, to ensure that the low-temperature fluidity of the fuel meets the requirements, and thus to ensure the normal start and operation of the engine in cold environments.
Features
- 7-inch color LCD touch screen, stylish and beautiful. Human-computer dialogue interface, clear and intuitive.
- High performance compressors ensure fast cooling speed and stability.
- Equipped with an upper photoelectric liquid level sensor, it can accurately detect the position of the horizontal liquid level and accurately judge the cold filter point.
- Equipped with a built-in vacuum pump and an electronic precision pressure balance system to ensure stable suction and filtration pressure during the test.
- Controlled by a microprocessor program, with automatic cooling during the test process, automatic sample suction in the test tube, automatic liquid level detection, automatic result judgment, automatic storage, automatic printing, and automatic shutdown at the end of the test.
