Fully automatic gasoline oxidation stability tester– ASTM D525

A gasoline oxidation stability tester is a device used to measure the resistance of gasoline to oxidation under controlled temperature and pressure conditions. It simulates the aging process of fuel, helping to assess how well gasoline maintains its quality and performance over time.

Overview

This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the standard ASTM D525. It is suitable for determining the oxidation stability of gasoline under accelerated oxidation conditions. The induction period can be used to indicate the tendency of automotive gasoline to form colloid during storage.

Features

  • 7-inch color LCD touch screen, stylish and beautiful. Human-computer dialogue interface, clear and intuitive.
  • Stainless steel structure, metal oxygen bomb, safe and reliable test.
  • Adopting advanced pressure sensor, with automatic prompt of oxygen bomb leakage.
  • Equipped with over-temperature alarm system, automatic power-off protection when the temperature in the oil bath is too high.
  • Using metal bath instead of traditional oil bath, safe, reliable and pollution-free.
  • The host adopts microprocessor program control, automatic temperature rise during the test, automatic pressure detection, automatic identification, automatic storage, automatic printing of test results, and automatic shutdown after the test.
