Turbine Flow Meter

A turbine flow meter is a type of volumetric flow meter that measures the flow rate of liquids or gases by using a turbine wheel. As fluid passes through the meter, it causes the turbine to spin. The rotational speed of the turbine is directly proportional to the flow rate.

Overview

Turbine flow meter has a rotor with bladed mounted on a bearing and supported inside the meter by a central shaft. When flow in the pipe, the kinetic energy of the product will make the rotor spin. When the flow moves faster, the rotor spins proportionally faster, which can be used to calculate the flow rate.

Batch Control System

Set the required quantitative value on the control instrument, provide the flow signal to the controller through the flow meter, and when the set amount is reached,  Automatically closed the solenoid valve, water pump, etc. The solenoid valve and water pump can be controlled at the same time or separately.
